We had an incredibly pleasant and convenient stay at the Garner Inn & Suites in Garner, Iowa. If you are looking for a highly reliable, clean, and modern place to pull off the highway in northern Iowa, this hotel is a perfect pick. The property features IHG's refreshed, contemporary design style, which makes the whole space feel exceptionally bright, welcoming, and relaxed from the moment you step into the lobby.
The service here was wonderfully warm; check-in was wrapped up in minutes, and the front desk team was full of helpful smiles. Our room was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and completely dialed in for comfort with premium bedding and a quiet atmosphere. Having practical in-room essentials made it simple to unpack and unwind after a long day on the road. Between the great amenities, easy access, and consistent quality, it serves as an excellent roadside haven.

We stayed 3 nights. From the high quality shower head to the delicious breakfast, we had a delightful stay. Plenty of parking near various businesses. The spacious room was amazing. I loved the Lazy Boy recliner.
The facility was was well maintained and clean. When are in that again, we will definitely stay at this wonderful motel!

Had a very pleasant stay and experience at the Garner Inn. Was in Garner for 2 nights for a funeral memorial service. We reserved 3 rooms originally and had to cancel one due to a family member not being able to make the trip. They were very accommodating with the cancellation. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was provided and was very good. The rooms were up to date and very clean. The location was on the corner of 2 major state highways, so travel to where we need to go around town was simple and easy. Gas, major grocery store, and restaurants were less than half mile away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed overnight here during the blizzard. Room was very spacious and nice and a welcome respite for many folks. They helped multiple families in the blizzard and let them warm up inside. We were thankful for the room, they helped shovel peoples cars out in the morning, and helped everyone through a very challenging night.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure. Staff I did interact with were extremely polite. Breakfast was warm and decent. Gave 4 stars as nothing was above and beyond what should be standard in my opinion. I would stay here again and would recommend to someone needing a place to stay in this area.

The location is right, as we have family we like to visit there. For small town Iowa, it's kind of spendy, but no other options. Very nice people, they offer a continental breakfast, which is good and filling.

Room was nice, beds very comfortable. Quiet (except for the train that goes by about a block away, but only once in our two night stay). Breakfast was fine - hot foods and continental items.
Only issue we had was both of our keys did not work when we came back for our second night. The front desk made new ones and we got right in, but it was strange that both keys were deactivated.
